Food & other essentials
We provide free emergency food supplies to last for three to four days according to family size, including fresh, dry and tinned food. Please note that the selection may vary according to availability. We also provide hygiene, household, baby and pet food supplies.
Emergency food is supplied for up to four weeks. Clients who wish to continue to receive food support can join our Community Food Club to receive weekly food and other essentials in return for a small contribution.
Fresh Fruit

- Tinned fish (eg: tuna, mackeral, sardines)
- Pasta or curry sauce
- Longlife milk

- Gluten-free pasta, cereal and biscuits are available on request
We can also supply microwave rice, lentils, couscous, tinned meat meals, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, jam, honey and cooking supplies (oils, flour, sugar, condiments) on request and if available.
